Scan and Go Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your Scan and Go order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your Scan and Go order at any time before you complete the checkout process and payment. Once payment is processed, the order cannot be canceled.

  2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your Scan and Go order, please access your account on our app or website and navigate to your order history. From there, select the order you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to cancel the order.

  3. Refund Policy: If you cancel your Scan and Go order within the allowable cancellation window, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow 4 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  4. Exceptions: In certain circumstances, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel orders on our end. If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
